Will book again if visiting London but for downstairs room!I stayed on 1st floor, staff was helpful bring my luggage upstairs!Also it's shame they don't include (stop) breakfast or else would be fabul...

Whats the stench in the toilet area? This hotel was so conveniently located for what we needed but it simply cant out weigh the smell in the shower area. The lady checking us in was very nice though...
