Easy to get to where we were going.
Have to get to breakfast early because we went at 9:00 and food was cold

The convince of the location was nice.
Our bathroom was nasty. There was, what looked like, pubic hairs all in the bathtub. And some trash on the floor. But it was a simple clean up.
